-Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 10 days of original receipt. All hang tags must be intact and attached in their original form. We do not offer exchanges on any items. Any items that are sent back are processed as returns. Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Items purchased using a coupon code or store credit are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Preorder tees and sweatshirts are final sale. All accessories such as bralettes, hats, hair coils, and hair scrunchies are final sale due to sanitary issues.
-Returned merchandise cannot be worn, washed, damaged, or stained. Items that appear worn, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hair or odors, ect., will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or does not have the tags intact it will not qualify for a return. When making a return, please include the original invoice with your name, email address and reason for the return. Once the item has been received and qualifies for return we will apply the store credit to you. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to complete your return.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Packages lost or stolen during transit are unfortunately out of our control and therefore, we cannot refund or replace items that do not make it back to us. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to charity.
We do our very best to inspect every piece of clothing before shipping it out. If you receive a damaged item, I truly apologize for this. Any items received must be inspected and reported within 2 days from when you received the item. No exception will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. The item must be unworn with the original hang tag intact and attached in their original form. If you receive a damaged item please email a picture and description to email@example.com and we will get back in contact with you in 24-48 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required.
