Return Policy

Please review our full return policy below, if your item is eligible for return the form at the bottom of this page MUST be filled out prior to any return being processed. Due to our extremely fast moving inventory we have a very strict return policy in place. Please understand that we are unable to bend the rules for anyone as this would be unfair to other Olive Street Boutique customers.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. Orders CANNOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. If an order is cancelled after it has been processed, a 15% restocking/cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Returns must be requested and if eligible for return, post marked within 7 days of the date you receive your shipment, no exceptions. If your order qualified for free shipping or was shipped during a free shipping promotion- shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
  • If you choose to do local pickup, returns must be requested and if eligible, returned within 7 days from the date your order number was marked as fulfilled/ready for pickup, no exceptions. Local drop off returns must be nicely packaged and labeled with your name & reason for return. An email must be sent to once the return has been dropped off.
  • IMPORTANT: If you return more than five (5) items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount on the 6+ return. The 15% restocking fee will continue to apply to all returns from that point on. We do our very best to help our customers with sizing before ordering. Please let us know if you have any questions at all about sizing prior to ordering. We are more than happy to help you with the fit.
  • Returns will ONLY be accepted on unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached. Items that appear to have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hair, odors, ect., will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or does not have the original tags intact will not qualify for a return.
  • Returns by management discretion only.
  • If it your responsibility to make sure you have your authorized waitlist on our mobile app up to date. If you accidentally order the same item 2 times, it is your responsibility to send back the extra item in accordance with our return policy. We have no way of knowing if you meant to order 2 of the same items. We simply mail out what you've ordered. 
  • Items purchased using a coupon code or any amount of store credit is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Please check order history to review order. Orders purchased with store credit from a previous return are final sale.
  • All preorders & deal of the day are FINAL SALE. Preorders are special made to order items and we only order exactly what customers order.
  • Final sale items such as sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are FINAL SALE.
  • All accessories such as swim wear, bralettes, hats, hair coils, and hair scrunchies are FINAL SALE due to sanitary requirements.
  • Items purchased from our dents and dings sale is FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer exchanges on any items.
  • If your order included a "Free Gift" and you return clothing from this order with the free gift, the price of the free gift will be deducted from your store credit amount (unless free gift is returned)
  • Coupon codes must be presented or entered at the time of purchase. We cannot refund you for a coupon code that was not used, but you are more than welcome to use the code on an additional purchase. We do not accept expired coupons or coupon codes.

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • When making a return, please include the order number, your name, email address and reason for the return. Returns without this information will not be accepted.
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for us to complete your return.
  • We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Packages lost or stolen during transit are unfortunately out of our control and therefore, we cannot refund or replace items that do not make it back to us.
  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to charity.

We do our very best to inspect every piece of clothing before shipping it out. If you receive a damaged item, we truly apologize for this. Do not open your packages with scissors. If you cut an item while trying to remove your packaging we are NOT responsible.
    • All items received must be inspected and reported within 48 hours of receiving your item.
    • No exceptions
    • If you receive a damaged item please email a picture and description to  and we will get back in contact with you in 24-48 hours.
